Krista Ingram, BSc, ND, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ont., in 2006. Prior to her naturopathic training, she graduated from the University of Victoria in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Krista has a special interest in women’s health, specifically perimenopause and menopause, as well as sleep and energy issues, anxiety, depression, and digestive concerns.

Krista uses homeopathy, herbal medicine, and lifestyle counselling to address her clients’ concerns. She emphasizes classical homeopathy in her practice, having completed extra advanced study in classical homeopathic prescribing and theory with Dr. Joe Kellerstein and Dr. Andre Saine. She also has a special interest in the relationship between mind, body, and spirit in our health.

Krista believes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that balance, in all aspects of life, is one of the keys to optimal health.
